Privacy notice

Last updated: 2026-10-24

CORVUS REVEAL S.A.S. (in formation) respects your privacy. This notice describes how we handle your personal data under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other applicable rules.

1. Data controller

CORVUS REVEAL S.A.S. (in formation), Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Contact: hola@corvusreveal.com. Until the company completes its commercial registration, its founding partners act as data controllers; once registered, the company takes over that role and this notice will be updated with its tax ID.

2. What we collect

When you fill the contact form we collect: name, email, website (optional), monthly revenue range (optional) and the message you send us. We do not request sensitive data or data from minors. Answering the optional questions is voluntary. If you message us on WhatsApp, we use your number and messages only to reply to you.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request, assess whether we are a fit as a provider, and follow up on that same request. We will only send you additional marketing if you give a separate authorization. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Processors

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (email delivery) and Notion (storing the contact in our CRM). Their servers are outside Colombia (mainly in the United States), so your data is transmitted abroad. By ticking the form checkbox you authorize that transmission, only for the purposes in this notice.

5. Your rights

As a data subject you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; ask how we use it; withdraw your authorization or request deletion; and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (art. 8, Law 1581 of 2012). Write to hola@corvusreveal.com. We answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days (arts. 14 and 15).

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it.
